As mentioned before, this is probably Gen 1. The Gen 2 features are available on Gen 1 headsets via firmware update. The only benefit of Gen 2 is the bigger battery.

Unfortunately this has low quality mic. It get better after firmware update but my other headset have much better mic.
I use it mostly for solo first person shooter games, or VR games, as the surround sound were so good.
Can't comment about Razer as I haven't try it. If you have big ear like me, you could try to consider HyperX for comfort.
Can something like rtx voice fix it up? If it’s at least usable it’s fine to me for YouTube or live calls whatever
Oh it is usable. If you have nothing to compare, it is all right for a 1 on 1 call (or meeting call where only 1 people speak at a time). Still better than any headphone/earbud, it capture only your voice without your surrounding noises.
But the mic considered as low quality compared to the same headset in the same price range. If you have group call where 3-4 peoples speak at the same times (like during game party), most of them will not hear you.
@mfu: Ok. I don’t use microphone too often so shouldn’t be much a problem hopefully. The only comparison I have atm is my AirPods which I feel are pretty good. I would just be using my AirPods if it weren’t for the latency

Heard mixed things about these with the headband. Want a headset for comfort and good quality mic, wonder if this or Blackshark V3 Pro would be better.
