Played it for a while on mobile about a year ago. If you dont buy flipcoins and credits etc. Then be prepared to have a long slog doing grinding work on houses with similar decorations and cleanups non stop.
Thats the whole idea behind the game… Get people to spend on upgrades and DLC. On PC its easy to cheat and get money though.

I dont recall seeing any microtransactions in the few hours i played when i bought it in January on sale.
I think the PC and phone games are ostensibly different games.

you are 100% right, this is the full PC version release with no microtransactions. just a bunch of (discounted) DLC, which is probably why this is free

Wonder when someone will release Real Estate Agent Simulator

nice, how about ponzi scheme simulator?

Tip: Play the Australia level in the 90s. Buy a shithole. Wait a couple decades and sell it for obscene profit.

Literally describing every city in history, look at Monaco, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Australia pale in comparison.

I hate when people say "why is this being downvoted?" but why? This is a funny and fair comment. +1 my brother

Thanks Duke

Better off investing in shares for real returns. My dad bought Commonwealth Bank shares for $5.40 each in 1991, and now they're worth $172 each, that's 30x increase. Show me any property that's increased that much.

That is true, the property price growth in the last 35 years is only 10-12x.
But the missing practical comparison is, did he buy the shares with any leverage which the bank is happy to give a loan to as an individual? Calculating with LVR of 80%, the actual cash on cash return is 50x-60x with property.
Plus for every CBA shares, there are tons of other shares (even blue chip) that has either collapsed completely or grew much underwhelming whereas properties across Australia I would assume has grown to that amount.

Interesting info, thanks. Dad never paid for anything with loans - not property, shares, cars, etc. He hated the idea of owing money.

Shenzhen and Silicon Valley are actually two places that have 50x-65x value increase since the 90s, also you need to take into account with outgoing like fees and interest (as high as 17%).

40k property selling for 1.1 mill?

Where? Link?

Cool stories.

i was suprised at how well this took off with my son, absolutely loves it and wants to get into the zombie DLC lol.

Can't believe I missed this and it was on my wishlist ;-(
