it didn't track the last time for me at 14%. Anyone got the same problem ?

    • +3

      same

    • Haven't had any problems. I use my mobile and not connected to my home wifi. Eero filters/blocks advertising, haven't bothered to fix it.

      • it worked fine for me last few times, just the last time it didn't work. Also topcashback au most recent one 16% didn't work either. submitted claims lol.

        • Did your claims end up getting it tracked or nah

    • I've been using TCB UK from Chrome browser on iPad on wifi, clicking thru to AliExpress app. So far no issue. I try to avoid any mucking around in the Ali app, like clicking on different products, just in case it screws up the affiliate linkage.

    • Same. Submitted a missing cashback claim but it says it's gonna take a few months to get the result back from ali.

      • Did you get a result

Not yet, still "Waiting for Retailer"

        • They just got back to me and granted the full cashback! So rest assured :)

A $1600 projector I was looking at last night jumped to $2200 today just as the 20% cashback started. hahaha, do sellers monitor cashback sites and quickly adjust prices up for higher priced items?

    • No but a lot of products now will have red text under the price saying "Early bird offer" or similar. Often resulting in a single piece available for a much lower price and once purchased it jumps back to for everyone.

    • Same happened with a Temu item i was monitoring to buy whith decent cashback. Was $60 before the 82% cashback yesterday and then jumped to $99. I've given up on cashbach. Not worth the hassle :)

  • Too bad! This product is a non-affiliated product.

    sad days

    20? Why I can only see 16?

    • Are you looking at the AU or UK one?

    • +1

      yeap. same here.

    • I suspect people who have clicked through a lot in the previous sales get 16%. I haven't for months and get 20%.

      • +1

        That's interesting, everything dynamic now?

        • +2

I think the 20% might be if you're a plus member or whatever they call it. I had 20% and then downgraded to normal membership and it changed to 16%. Could be completely wrong.

            @Kwomo: You're right. I am a Plus member for £5.00 a year. I don't remember signing up for this …

          • @Kwomo: I don't have an account, but it's showing me 20%.

      • I've used it twice, once in Jan and once in mid March, showing as 16% for me too.

        • Thanks I’ve updated the details.

  • Good timing. Is the Pay with PayPal promo still active? I don't see the discount when trying to checkout.

It doesn't seem to work, it may be expired

  • How do you get your cashbacks out of the UK website though? Don't you need a UK bank account?

    • UK bank needed only for the referral pay outs. The cash back can be paid via PayPal.

    • Paypal

  • Hi Guys, didn't track for me last time. Clicked TopCash back UK Aliexpress link and took me to my usual Aliexpress .com domain. Noticed their Aliexpress description says Aliexpress UK. Do you need to use VPN or register and use an Aliexpress UK account for this to track?

  • Says 16% for me too

  • Signed up and its showing me 20%

Just curious about the AliE UK vs normal website bit

  • There is nothing on TopCashback UK that specifies affiliated products. My purchase for a non affiliated product tracked perfectly last time, though yet to be confirmed, but I am hopeful.

    • If it isn't affiliated there is no cashback to pay out. It is very unlikely it will be confirmed, as Ali will deny it.

  • Looks like TCb UK gives new members free PLUS Membership on signup for a year.
Can check your membership here - It also seems to be an OPT-OUT after which it'll deduct £5 from your account as a subscription

    https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/membership/

    • As you say, when you signup to TCB UK you commence as a PLUS member. You can OPT-OUT, but what I don’t know is … how long can you stay on PLUS before OPT-OUT and still avoid the £5 fee? It doesn’t say. I’m currently staying on PLUS for the higher cashback, with the intent to OPT-OUT prior to 12 months and hopefully avoid the £5 fee.

      • If you log in and click this link I think it should say

        • How is the £5 annual fee for Plus members deducted from my earnings?

When you have cashback and want to payout, the £5 is deducted first. After that, payouts carry on as normal for the rest of the year. If you don’t pay out in a year, the £5 rolls over and is added to the next year’s deduction.

So, possibly doing the OPT-OUT prior to first payout may work.

  • Anyone's purchase tracked yet? Mine wasn't :( wondering if I still need to wait 7 days to claim

    • My Easter purchases haven’t tracked. I’m hoping it’s a holiday issue.

      • Thank you, magically mine was tracked just now. So it is indeed holiday delay
