  If the flight happens to get cancelled, do they just refund the money or allow you to select any of the available future dates?

    If flights are still cancelling by then, we will have way bigger issues to deal with, and they wont be able to refund.

    But yes, in prinicple, they do provide options to choose next available flight or refund.

    It will be a refund or credit, not a ‘get another period to choose from for the same cost’. Air NZ did the same with covid fares

  Flew Etihad from Melbourne to Barcelona on Wednesday evening. Was fine. Long ass flight but there's nothing they can do with that.
