Yes in the calendar month
Bank transfers also count as transactions, so that requirement is very easy. You will need to complete it every month to extend your CommBank Yello tier to the month after.
Let’s hope we don’t live past 2099 to have to extend the tier
My bank transfer never seems to trigger it
I havent paid for anything using my CBA card in a very long time and the counter still goes up. Just do a bunch of transfers and after 48 hours the counter will change. All of my transfers are between different banks such as CBA to Macquarie Bank.

It always gets to me. Comm bank must think all live in Sydney I happen to live 200 KLM outside any city and a good 50% of the deals are with businesses that are only in the city

Yello has been very lack luster for me for the past 12 months regardless of Sydney. They had some good offers when they first launch but now I don't even bother checking. The best deal for me was a highly discounted More nbn offer, but since that's expired, I can find cheaper connections elsewhere. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.
I agree. I used to get multiple good offers every Friday and but the past 7-8 months I'm lucky if i get one useful offer every 5 weeks.
Wonder anyone got it for other tiers? Would be good to have lifetime membership for those.

Completed the criteria for Yello Plus last month and was promoted for April 2026 and noticed mine also is out until 2099. I'll be shocked if I outlive this membership.

It seems like they meant to say "by" instead of "on", but the the first part of the sentence explains how it'd work pretty well.

I thought I would perhaps get better deals for More NBN after achieving Yello Plus tier. Instead, all the More deals (NBN & Mobile) have disappeared.
Last month, when the tier was lower - Yello basic, I was at least seeing the More NBN and mobile deals. I recall reading somewhere that a higher tier would get you a bigger discount for More NBN. But not if the offer doesn't show! Wonder how long one has to wait before it shows …
Looks like they changed morenbn offer. Now it’s only applicable for new customers and showing only in yellow tier. The benefit is standard across all tiers.

However, it does seem even more counter-intuitive if a "new customer" who happens to be on a higher tier have no access to More NBN offers at all - you need the offer with the special code to sign-up. Wonder if it means I have to downgrade myself a tier before I can see More NBN offers again - and sadly that can't be done until 3 months later, since I just attained the Plus tier!

Anyone moved from diamond to the awards ultimate card? Seems like better deal with no monthly fee if you spend etc vs the diamond card
I have, if you have a wealth package you don't get a monthly fee regardless of spend. commbank credit cards suck donkey balls for points earning so I barely use it.
Yello to Yello Plus dont really see benefit for extra efforts ,unless you have home loan with CBA?

But a starting point is you need to have an eligible transaction or credit card acct. For the basic Yello tier, you have to complete 5 eligible transactions on the account or credit card, and higher tiers require 15 transactions.
Looks like the CommBank app issue is fixed. The benefit was showing as valid until 1 Dec 2099, but it now correctly shows 1 Jul 2026.
Can confirm it says my benefits are until Dec 2099
