What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is eligible only on nbn & mobile services (excludes eSIMs). Cashback is ineligible on Bundle deals and on all other products & services.
  • Effective 27/01/2025 - For mobile SIM purchases, cashback is eligible for new or returning dodo customers. A new or returning dodo customer is someone that is no longer a dodo customer and currently has no active mobile service with them. You must (1) activate your mobile service within 30 days of purchase, and (2) remain on the service for at least 90 days from the activation date to be eligible for cashback.
  • One dodo account is allowed per person. This is subject to fair usage and a single person/account should not be used to make purchases on behalf of other people.
  • Orders must be completed wholly online, and not negotiated via phone/chat etc.
  • After the initial tracking notification, Dodo has an extended validation period. Cashback will not be redeemable for approximately 160 days after signing up. Dodo has implemented this policy, and is beyond the control of TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • If purchasing both an nbn service and mobile service, this must be done as two separate transactions in order to receive cashback on each individual service. Signing up to more than one product in a single transaction may cause tracking to fail.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

  • Just purchase one, however, the cashback amount tracked only $50 although showed $70 in the app before purchase. Just lodged a ticket with topcashback.

            • @trixieb: Hi. $70 cashback is scheduled to end May 26, but as always can be withdrawn at any time prior by Dodo. As for the 90 days, all I can do is lead you back to the terms on our retailer page. Provided they are adhered to, then cashback should be approved by Dodo. Thanks.

  • mine just turned to confirmed a few days ago and my 4 months run out on 5th next month so think i'm gonna cancel and move to another service and hopefully as the cashback has confirmed and i've been on it for more than 90 days, it gets paid sooner rather than later

      • yhh as it says on TCB, 'remain on the service for at least 90 days from the activation date to be eligible for cashback.' which i have done…i think that means that cashback won't be redeemable until 160 days after signup
