I think they are trying to rival the Gerry's 10% back gift card offer, but ofc Gerry's is a bit more as 10% vs $50 limit. However the good thing about Appliance online is Free delivery most of the times, Free disposal of old appliance, $50 bonus voucher via Refer a friend program for $500+ spend, usually a good price match deal.

So can effectively get $100 of for $500+ spend (ofc $50 is for next order use within 3 years)
Additional Tip: For those in SA, can usually get additional rebate for energy efficient Fridge, Freezer, Dryer once per address through Yess/Mac Trade when the Appliance Rebates will open later this year.

    exactly why i posted otherwise wont have shared.

    $50 limit means its best for things like dryers/washer/freezers/dishwasher as they are usually close to that $500-$650 range.

      Only issue is the gift card likely links to the account, so likely cant be stacked when you use it

      (The referral terms don’t disallow making new accounts)

    if you refer someone, who makes purchase of $X gets their $50 of first order through their referral voucher, Then THEY GET THE $50 GIFT CARD.

    You, the person who referred him/her Does not get $50 Gift card, you get $50 of next order over $X

        Nope,

        the gift card would be like a voucher itself, so hence cannot double stack it.

  I also got email with a $50 GC which has a min spend $500, not sure if I can stack both
