It seems EXTREMELY common sense to me that this should have already been implemented in AU, 100%.
Take the load off of our dwindling fuel reserves. I already see small fuel shops out of fuel!

@tenpercent: remembering with or without increased demand or shortages a certain percentage of stations will be out of one or more fuel types.
@gromit: yeah i remember seeing more stations run out of fuel over school holidays or easter/xmas holidays for years now.
