      Yeah top shelf.
      They're buying the same ingredients as the big brands from wholesale.
      Try Althair side by side with Liquid Brun and you'll know what I mean.
      One no longer has to spend big to smell nice.

  It’s a lesser known French niche brand. Layton (not exclusif version as the one in OP) is actually rated at #9 in best men’s perfumes of all time on fragrantica (which you must take with a grain of salt)
