The way Australia has made a scumbag super store corporation a part of our culture is truly sad.

Why anyone would want to incorporate some faceless corporation into their kids Easter blows my mind.

    • I see you'd rather us submit to the defeated Masters instead?

You just proved his point, well done.

    • +3

Because they think bunnings sounds like bunnies.

Or a case study on the how moronic your average Australian is.

Just what I need to hoard fuel.

    • I saw a pallet of 5L jerry cans next to a pallet of these bad boys at my local bunnings a few days ago.
Went in around 4 or 5pm, most of the pallet of both were still there. I suppose the army of fuel hoarders have too many IBCs to worry about 5L and 2L capacities.

      • They probably realised they then need to pay for the preservatives which probably made it the same price they have to pay anyway. The saving probably paid for the jerry cans.

They need to learn raised 44 Gallon or with a fitted pump …

Just don't put the wrong fuel ⛽ in the wrong vehicle …

  • I am 100% for BYO shopping bags and paper straws, I sort my recycling, I take e-waste and scrap metal to the proper places, I fix whatever I can instead of replacing.

Be real nice if Bunnings would just not make nonsense accelerated landfill like this.

      100% for … paper straws

I'm going to support bunnings on this one, even though the product is stupid, simply out of spite for "people" that forced paper straws upon us.

      • Many so called 'paper' straws, are actually just plastic coated paper, similar to non-recyclable paper coffee cups.

        • I have used several recently (from cafes) that started losing structure quickly, and were a soggy mess after 10 minutes.
There have been others i've used that lasted the length of a meal, perhaps these were plastic coated ones despite the rustic feel.
