My last Foot Locker purchase in March didn't track, but then when I claimed it and uploaded the receipt as proof. They instantly tracked it and paid out.
Lucky you - I provided a receipt for one of their Black Friday deals and they said it wasn't enough evidence because their shitty click activity history through to the Expedia app doesn't work and apparently that's my fault, so I'm out ~$100 and now click on TCB instead
