Offer only valid for non-stop return (round trip) flight tickets between participating airports in Australia and Singapore:
Participating airports in Australia are Brisbane Airport ("BNE"), Darwin International Airport ("DRW"), Melbourne Airport ("MEL"), Perth Airport ("PER") and Sydney Airport ("SYD").
Participating airports in Singapore are Singapore Changi Airport ("SIN").

Offer only valid for tickets which solely consist of one of the following non-stop return (round trip) flights:

    Credit card surcharge on AMEX is likely to cost upwards of $40.

      Depends on the ticket but it's only 0.67% for AMEX. On a $1000 fare that's $6.70.

    I didn't realise AMEX offers could be so specifically targeted on flight routes… gone are the days when AMEX credits were just based on hitting spend and they couldn't actually see what we spent on.

    … or is this deal only for flights booked directly via AMEX travel?

      Also wondering how would they know the itinerary. I booked redumption flight last week and taxes transaction for qantas came up as "QANTAS MASCOT" in cc statement , no further details
