    Ive owned this over a year and like it a lot. Cant go wrong dor this price for a low usage home colour printer/scanner. Heavier use may warrant a different printer due to ink usage,

      Is this one like the ecotank where if you don't use it for a while they nozzels dry up? I.e. have you had any issues printing on this printer after an extended hiatus? Thanks in advance

    I don't print much these days, so this printer just sits around thinking of the good old days and waiting for something to do. When I do actually want to print something, it does a great job and is value for money.

    After more than 10 years, my Epson Workforce WF-3620 stopped working. I did some research and decided to buy the HP Smart Tank 5105. It comes with enough ink to print up to 6,000 black pages or 8,000 colour pages. JB Hi-Fi is currently selling it for $248, and the staff gave me a $20 discount. I paid using a discounted gift card.

        Yes, I’ve used it for two days and it’s been good. The print quality is not much different from my HP LaserJet M209, and I expect to save a lot on ink since it uses a refillable ink tank.
        I just checked, JB has changed the price to $369, but HP is still selling it online for $249, so you can definitely go to JB and ask for a price match.
