Buy something for a few dollars and cash out the remaining amount to hit over $200 and you’ll receive the cashback. I’ve done this countless times and I just go to the nearest CBA atm to deposit the $$ back in

You cannot withdraw cash from a credit card at Coles.
If you only have a credit card and don't have an eligible debit card then you can't use the cashout method.
You can buy any gift card of the required spend amount instead.

Why not buy a $200 Coles gift card. I always do that. Other posters mention successfully getting cash out.

There isn't anything about gift cards in the Offer T&Cs so I assume not.
Cashout is easier and more logical for those with an eligible debit card.
Those who only have a credit card can instead buy any gift card.

Yes - you can buy any gift card. The cash back is based on meeting the transaction threshold (irrespective of what you bought to meet it)
So far I've have recently activated 2 offers AFTER I shopped and they still worked.
One was Coles and the other Amazon.
