Notes:

  • Vaporflys are not for everyone. Do some quick research first.
  • Fair few other shoes were 50% off also
  • Outlet website has a store phone number listed. It might be possible (and worthwhile) to check for stock in your size before making the trip out there https://www.nike.com/au/retail/s/nike-unite-adelaide

  • What's this about street price

  • Yuck that’s vomit

    • Nobody will notice the ugliness when you fly past them

    • sub 3 min pace vomit

  • I got a pair of the vaporfly 4s (mainly black) for $81 the other week as my mate was down at Harbour town on his birthday and got an extra 10% off

  • it's the new high heels look

  • Some of the fastest shoes in the world - dont bother at around slower than 5:20/km pace - many would say slower than 4:30, but I'd disagree.

Less comfortable than the alphafly, for most. With the general wisdom being these are 5/10km shoes and the alphafly are the marathon shoe, and either for a half marathon.

    These are proper race shoes.

    • Yeah. I don't understand how beginners actually run in these shoes and even worse that anyone be wearing these for casual wear. Guarantee to ruin your ankles.

      • People just buy the most expensive and think it’s the best. Couldn’t be more wrong with running shoes.

I see so many people walking around casually in alpha and vapour flys. So many runners doing 7-8min/km pace in them in races. They would be better off with the Pegasus or Vomero if sticking with Nike.

    • Yeah I'd agree although I'd say don't bother anything over 5min/km ideally you're running under 4:30min/km or better to get the most out of them. But once you start getting under 5 you'll notice some benefit at least

  • get in there before Durianrider does btw

    • He’s busy making money online through other ways

  • Any mens Vomeros there, last sale I went to harbour town and they only had womons vomeros

  • $350 rrp. I wonder why their stock price has tanked?

    • Adidas shoes setting the world records right now. Everybody ditching Nike for Adidas incase that was the only thing holding them back.

  • Picked one up at the Jindalee DFO. Plenty of sizes available (except for 9.0)

  • Blooding Perth missing out on the good shoes.
