Bought. Managed to get S&S too. Thanks OP.

    Is this cheaper then Aldi's?

    • +7

Fyi: Aldi products listed on their website with price. Did the google for you $8.49 for 24.

    • +3

I found the last lot I purchased from Aldi weren't very good, very rough feeling and not like they used to be. I tend to stick with Coles So Soft now.

      • Lol @ not telling us the price of the Coles one.

        • +1

$9.50 24 pack, not like you can't look it up?

@dbmitch: Pricemogged by the bargainmaxxer Montorola, cortisol spike visible from the stratosphere

    • Than

  • Purchased thanks OP

  • Isn't Aldi a lot cheaper but you need to pay $3 for diesel to get it?

    • It's the time wasted there and back which costs more than just diesel.

    • $8.45 24

  • Double length roll or nothing. This is my prefered option as you change the roll far less. It's 26 cents per 100 sheets.
    It's https://www.aldi.com.au/product/confidence-toilet-tissue-dou…

The Amazon deal is 23.6 cents per 100 sheets.

  • how's this 24c vs quilton 26c/sheet?

  • +1

    lmao gone already

    • still showing in stock for me

    • +2

that's what the 'Report' button is for my friend

    • +3

Shit etiquette mate, even it's OOS it's still a good deal & worth an upvote.

      • +3

Wow, I didn’t really know the etiquette around the negative/report button. Headshot!

        (FYI back in stock lol)

        • No worries, appreciate the reply!

Usually this is a tell-tale sign they've changed something, likely to save $. Hopefully it's not inferior to the current stock.

Imagine being excited about it though. So easy to please.

  • Oh CR4P OOS

  • Showing as, in stock

  • Back in stock

    3 ply, in this economy?

  • Just got some. Thanks OP

  • Thanks

  • is it tp hoarding time ?

  • +2

    Back in stock again

  • Is this better than Costco rolls?

    • Costcos are wider and beefier, these are narrower and thinner. So depends on your toilet roll holder.

  • Thank you OP

  • Thanks OP. Ordered one

  • Quilton is thicker and stronger, I believe.

  • Snagged S+S.
    Cheers OP

  • Also check your Flybuys, just received offer for 1600 points for pack of 45. Works out to $13.50 for 45 rolls

    • targeted? offer from where coles?

      • Yes, from Coles. Might be targeted though

  • +1

Grabbed it on Shit & Save

  • +3

    "Customers usually keep this item"

  • How does "subscribe & save" work? Will it stay $12.24 for all future deliveries? Or does the price increase when the sale ends?

    • The latter.

    • Subscribe and save is aimed at people wanting convenience, not value. It's price is whatever it is at the time.

  • +3

    Great find op.

    On a side note.
    Quilton and Aldi are 11x10cm.

    Sorbent are 10x10cm

    That's 180 cm / 5,760 cm less per roll / pack.

  • Surprised no one's mentioned it already but they're matching the per roll price of the now (price dropped today) 20 pack at Woolies ($8.50).

  • Checked my Flybuys and theres an offer for 1000 points if you purchase the 45 pack $21.50, which AI calculates at 20c/100 sheets

  • Thanks Op. ordered

Is it really worth saving 5c/roll vs Quilton? Last time I used these they were so thin… 3.1kg vs 5kg if you compare item weight vs Quilton is a bit telling though possibly not accurate.

  • Is this brand of toilet paper helpful in controlling the bleeding from the ass one receives after dealing with the ATO?

    • Lube, prevention is better than intervention

  • This is a sh!t deal, just money down the toilet.

    Thanks, subscribed.

  • Thanks

  • @yanivsr Thankyou👍

  • Ordered. Thanks OP

  • Amazon sent this unwrapped and it came with holes in the packaging and thus dirt and cheetohs dust on the tp.

Over the past year I have observed that Amazon is becoming ever lazier with their packaging. This will be sent back and incinerated, I guess?

    • +1

There is an option to have it sent in manufacturing packaging by default, or change it to Amazon packaging. Mine always come in a box.

      • +1

Thanks, missed that dropdown. I will try it next time
