  Had (have) the T30 omni since around october, it's been fantastic, but the vac motor started making bad noises last week. Got money back from Amazon and have ordered the T50, but this was also on the cards. Didn't hesitate getting another ecovac even with the early failure, was that happy with the first unit.

  They let me keep the T30 which to be fair is still useable on lowest suction, anything higher than that and the noise is too much to handle. Might try and get a new motor for it.

  I've had ours just over a month
  Fully tiled house

  Vacuum and mops excellent

  However it keeps getting lost so I am sending it back
  Its a shame as it does a good job

    Got one delivered end last week. Doing an ok job. Once got tangled in kids charging cables. Getting used to the app. Doesn't really like our dining chairs (small metal framing bottom). Keeps going over it. The scenarios bit iffy through app on phone. Easier on tablet. Integrated it into HA. Look into it this week, got the map to work. Think maps getting better after few cleans. Mine haven't gotten lost. Got unify APs and on mixed wifi.
