Does anyone else sometimes have issues with Amazon JP where they don't dispatch the item for months, even though it's listed as in stock?

Ive been considering one of these for my work computer but imagine it needs software installed (which my workplace wont allow)?

Same issue with me, this needs software to work, so I ended up getting a generic programmable macro keypad from AliExpress. I set it up on home PC and use it on work PC.

Can't complain, I only use a few macros so got a couple of small 3 key ones. Look up "energy fort Official Store" in AliExpress, links are blocked here for some reason.
You can get a bigger one and program it using the VIA software. I've never had to reprogram mine, I just add new keyboard shortcuts to my apps to repurpose the buttons
A little more for the black and seems to come from Amazon AU if don’t want to take a gamble with Amazon JP
