subtotal was 1168.99, some aliexpress coupons applied (automatically) 90… actual total comes to 1079.99…topcashback UK was giving 20%…which i received couple of weeks back.

@OZBsince2018: no i dint pay any thing extra 1079 is wat i paid. last yr i bought a 4k projector from alibaba worth around 2k, i haven't paid anything more than the actual cost.

I tried that deal in December and they told me they were cancelling the order because it was too expensive to ship. Thought it was weird when I had no issues getting a Z60 Ultra sent a couple years back.

yeh, my 1st order was cancelled too. i ordered again with different seller. he did post it to aus. i guess there are official stores POCO and XIAOMI they are asking to cancel the order. if you order from other local sellers, they are posting it.

I got their Poco X6 Pro 5G for $600 (512Gb, 12Gb) from Amazon Germany just over a year ago.

- The X6 Pro was always a highish but still mid tier phone, the F8 Ultra is a flagship one.
- Just over a year ago the X6 Pro had been out for ~14 months. The F8 Ultra has been out for ~5 months.
- The Elite G5 processor is somewhere in the 2x to 3x range faster than the Dimensity 8300.
- The F8 Ultra has a 5x telephoto lens.
Those are the big differences I spotted by just pulling up a comparison website. Why are you comparing the two?

Fair comments from you. I was mainly commenting on the X6 having twice the memory of this one, for approx half the price.

I got this during the anniversary sale for ~$600 once cashback is done (plus $60 aliexpress credit). Incredible phone at that price, and I'd say not a bad deal at this price considering it's Amazon. Worth having a look at the 15T Pro too as it's slightly cheaper and comparable (slightly smaller battery and uses a mediatek chip).
