That's a different product, the mini goes on sale often though (for $15.29) so keep an eye out.
Standard (this one) does 15W in and out, the mini does 27W in and 45W out.

As I often say when deals come up from INIU - these guys are REALLY good with warranty stuff. I had a battery that was ~18 months old that stopped charging. I contacted them and they advised the warranty was 3 years, asked me to do some troubleshooting stuff which I had already done, so they initiated the replacement then and there, and it arrived at my house the next day. Honestly super impressed by that, and I'll probably only buy this brand of powerbank in future because of it.
