Hi Everyone,

We have two versions of the Dell Latitude 5320 available, both powered by the Intel i7-1185G7 and fully tested for 100% functionality.

Option 1: The Budget Tier - $368 Delivered + DELIVERY
This tier is for those looking for the lowest price point. These units have some cosmetic wear (scratches/dents) and the battery health is between 50% and 70%. Because of the consumable nature of these used batteries, this tier comes with a 3-month warranty. It's a great value pick if you plan to use it mostly plugged in.

Option 2: The Premium Tier - $419 Delivered + DELIVERY

Key Features say it comes with a 512 SSD… Am I missing something?

    • I couldn't see that? I did see it comes with Windwos

  • +1

Memory is soldered to the motherboard?

    • +2

reviews say it is. so you can't upgrade.

    • +2
    • +5

      Yep!
You have to get the bigger 5420 for upgradable RAM :-( . The cancer has spread far from the original rotten apple, to mix metaphors.

The 13.3" Full HD display is sharp

Is it really ? I'd call 1080p the bare minimum.

      • +1

I found most Dell Latitude have soldered ram and sellers don't mention it.

        • +2

It is increasingly the case. LPDDR5x or "onboard" means soldered. Faster and lower power.

There is a new standard called LPCAMM2 (Low Power Compression Attached Memory Module) that allows LPDDR5x to be removable and upgradeable. Framework uses it.

          • +1

@bargaino: But those memory wasnt made when these laptop was made. It will be 5 or more years before laptops with LPCAMM2 are available at ex lease prices.

    • +1

It's a security mechanism to stop people from stealing your ram.

      • +1

They can have my ram! just leave my memory alone.

Seems like good specs for the money if the battery’s are still decent
Edit: just saw - only 256gb and 50-70% battery,
    Maybe not :(

    • Option 2 with new battery also available l, do you think that's a good deal? It would be good if option 2 is $368 :)

      • +5

It’s okay but around $350 would be considered a “good” deal.

    • Add $51 for a new battery plus 12 months warranty pretty good deal!

  • +1

Hey @OP are you planning on running any promos on mini pcs? Particularly eyeing Optiplex/ Elitedesk/ Thinkstation etc.

    • Feel like they’ll go so quick when there’s a sale for these, haven’t seen a deal in quite a while. They’re so overpriced at the moment it’s not funny.

  • +1

    4 cores, 8 threads, a 3.0 GHz base frequency.

It’s that sweet 11 gen, whom cares if my 4770 has the same performance/core count!

Good luck with your purchase from this seller. Technical support is extremely poor. Over two weeks—close to a month—without any response is normal. There is no communication about what issues were found or what was done.

I bought a Dell Latitude 7420 from them for my son. I sent the item back twice, and there are still ongoing issues. First, a laptop with the wrong specs was sent (less RAM than advertised). Then there was a noisy fan issue. Later, it couldn’t run on battery. Now the battery doesn’t last even one hour.

The latest issue was raised on Apr 9. The first response came on May 3, after multiple chases, and it only said: “…Let me check with the team and get back to you.”

My son uses the laptop at school, and it often completely drains during the day. I repeatedly emphasized that he needs a functioning laptop and hopes this issue is attended to urgently, but it kept being ignored. It's very frustrating.

    I deeply regret this purchase.

    • New laptop? Cheeky the ram went walkabouts

      • It's used one. Paid almost $500.

Hi, we sincerely apologize for the experience you and your son have had. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we would like to look into your case and make things right immediately.

To help us prioritize this, could you please provide your order number and the platform you purchased from? We have also sent you a Private Message (PM) with some potential solutions. We are committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible.

      Best regards,

    • battery is the most troublesome item in used laptop, I got used one form another seller, later I had to change the battery myself (got one from ALiexpres) battery run fine for 2 hour plus but for school work you need to keep a power bank anyway.
So I would say add in teh cost of new battery (around ~$50 plus power bank ~$80) to the laptop, btw had to change the SSD as well as it got malfunctioned :)

      • so maybe a new laptop with powerbank would be better in some cases

  • +1

Sharing my one personal experience with them only. I purchased from them recently via Amazon and condition was described as "excellent" but had a lot of scratches. Otherwise, the laptop works so…

    • Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the laptop is working well, but we sincerely apologize that the cosmetic condition didn’t meet the "Excellent" standard you expected.

We take our grading standards seriously and would like to look into this for you. Could you please provide your order number? We have also sent you a Private Message (PM) to discuss some solutions to make this right.

      Best regards,

      The Support Team

Nah sorry I was looking for a Longitude

  • +2

Bought an “excellent” condition laptop from you guys last year or the year before and it came with some residue on the touch screen and was refused a replacement saying that you guys dont sell it anymore even though it was still in stock lol

    • -1

Hi there, I’m really sorry about that experience—it certainly doesn't reflect our usual service standards. I have just sent you a PM to discuss this further and make things right for you.

  • Do you offer 512GB ssd upgrade option?

  • no more free delivery it seems…
