Purchased the Dreame from Amazon and got a diffuser on AliExp.
Feedback from gf is that speed and power isn't everything

How is this better than the Dreame Hair Gleam Hair Dryer selling on Amazon? I bought it for $67.96 last week.
higher airflow (70m/s vs 65m/s), more negative ions (300m vs 200M), more frequent temperature checking for more stable air temps and more attachments. Not a great deal more tbh, but the extra attachments are a nice touch.

My wife has this. On hot setting it gets so hot that it's slight melted the magnetic clip on hood.

Oof. That's a good price. I paid $150 last year for the AU version without attachments. That said, I love it and it was worth it. Got rid of my old Parlux which was great…if you're a professional hairdresser with a strong bicep, which I am not.
I've bought everything Dyson for my wife which I don't mind showering her with.
But for whatever reason I couldn't understand why hair dryers were $700.
It's the only item I couldn't justify .. and honestly nor could my wife. She used the air wrap attachment but it's just not the same as a dedicated hair dryer. So this was a welcomed post/sale. Now my wife's hair care suite is complete

I think quite similar in power and function with different head attachments.
The one you linked is marketed as more portable but that's debatable.
The one linked from op uses smart sensing technology where the one you linked doesn't if that's important to you.
If you can get the anti frizz and roll option for the one in op. I'd probably just get ops one.
Anyway either seem great.

The $147 I found was a much better value product than your one with the extra attachments, more powerful motor etc and the premium carry case.
Yours is still great for $99 but the extras seem justified for an extra $48Only delivery it seems?
