      For the style ring and size of the stone that my finance wanted I wouldn't have been to afford a ring in this life.
      So I went for a lab diamond for a fraction of the price but still paid 9k for the Ring in total.

      My concensus before looking around was to get a real diamond again, their prices for anything bigger than 1ct is just crazy..

      Definitely go down the lab grown route

      You can get beautiful diamonds for a fraction of the price of natural. To the naked eye, you cannot tell the difference

      If lab diamonds were big when I got married all those years ago, we could have saved $$$
