  • Will it work with smart things hub?

  • Can this be paired with Phillips Hue?

    • Hello, our product does not support integration with Philips Hue.
As there is no official integration available, third-party connections may be limited.

Connect this to your hub, then to Google or Alexa to control it, then automate with Phillips Hue.

      • Was thinking the same as well.

This might be good for Halloween decorations to detect kids more reliably. 5m is an interesting distance, could also use it with my smart sprinklers to get that guy who keeps letting his mutt $h!t on my lawn.

Zigbee presence sensor is $5-10 on aliexpress. And much easier and cheaper to replace the 2xAAA battery models than the cr2450.

This one looks like both PIR & radar, so faster initial detection. The combined ones are from $12 at ali if you search.

So Zemi, you'll have to come down.

    • Yep I use aliexpress ones with no problems. This price is not a good deal.

    • I have that cheap AliExpress one and it's definitely not as reliable as my Aqara ones. I'm happy to accept the lower reliability in exchange for the really cheap price though!

      • Which type? dual-sensor? And what do you mean by unreliable? Sensitivity can be adjusted.

        • +1

Dual-sensor - 24GHz plus PIR. It can get sticky where it detects presence even though there's no one. It only does it sometimes which makes it more difficult to troubleshoot.
