Vodafone Mobile terms and conditions

  • Cashback is only for new Vodafone customers. Activate the SIM card within 30 days of purchase.
  • Existing Vodafone customers will receive Cashback only on Additional Fixed Services for home internet.
  • Cashback is not eligible when used in conjunction with staff or student discounts.
  • Cashback is paid on the purchase price for Prepaid SIM cards.
  • Cashback paid is on the percentage of the first month's rate plan value for postpaid plans.
  • Cashback is paid once per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.
  • Postpaid cards - SIM must remain active for 90 days after activation.
  • Cashback will not be paid for cancelled SIM cards.

        Not your phone.
        My problems are in Northern Sydney and Canberra, which is where I spend most of my time. Can't even call my wife, who is also on Voda, when I'm at Coles.
        Some places OK, but the penetration into shops etc is appalling.
        Couldn't use as a business phone - too embarassing.
        Back to Boost in August.

    I currently have an active Vodafone prepaid service. Does this mean I won't get cashback if I activate a new prepaid service (with a different number)?
    The TopCashback deal mentions "If you require more than one SIM, please order each SIM separately.". I wonder how that works if "Existing Vodafone customers will receive Cashback only on Additional Fixed Services for home internet.", unless different Vodafone T&C's apply to that deal?

    Does anyone know if Samsung A15 (5G) compatible with the Vodafone network? It is not on the Vodafone approved device list. I bought the phone from Amaysim when the 3G network was shut down. Thanks.
