FWIW I have a bunch of Poly Elara 60WS headsets around the office. They're about 4 years old and have no issues with peeling or anything. They work really great.

The only thing I didn't like was the headband as well, so I have found a cover for that. Other than that issue, I've had my UC8200's for many years now, still quite a good headset for office communications.

Are they any good for noise canceling? I work from home and some time clients could hear my 2 yo in the background. I’m using airpods pro 2

Stay away from HP Poly crap.. I got one and it is so bad at background noise cancellation in mic.

I would stay away from Poly headsets. The headband starts cracking after roughly two years, and it’s not replaceable — conveniently, this usually happens once the warranty has expired. You’ll end up with small peeling particles in your hair. You can replace the ear cushions, but not the headband. Just Google it — lots of people have the same issue.
