If this is the case, that sucks. I remember preferring the zero sugar creaming soda. Used to be less syrupy and more refreshing.

Sugar free pasito used to be awesome, and the batch I bought last year left a weird chemical after taste.
I not sure if they have fixed the formula by now.
Sugar-free Pasito still tastes odd. It even smelled odd. At least it didn’t block the drains.
Other flavours are fine.
Not sure about Kirks sugar free.
But I have heard the same about Coke zero tasting horrendous in the last year or two and they stopped drinking it.
Whatever subsitute sweetener they use, its probably now a cheaper variety.
Cut costs, charge more.
All these drinks come from grid water. Hard chemicals, heavy metals, if they filter it or RO it, its still tampered and tainted.
Because at times, even grid water is WAY OUT OF BALANACE AND NOT FIT TO DRINK.
The lemonade is fine to me
I stopped buying them mid last year for the same reason. About half of the cans tasted just fine but the other half tasted vile for whatever reason. Wasn't sure if it was reacting to whatever I had eaten like you might with OJ/toothpaste but my fridge has several zero sugar drinks without this same issue. The cream soda just doesn't agree with me at all. Can't speak for any of the other Kirks zero sugar drinks though. Haven't tried them.

The moment they changed their packaging about a year ago we noticed the difference. It's reported they have changed the ingredients/recipe.

Anybody else find their sugar free varieties tastes horrendous in the last year or so? Used to be quite decent but now they taste just so odd! Couldn’t even finish one of the sugar free lemon squash cans last time I bought about end of last year
