Gin is an ever expanding market (It's no longer an old English Womans drink), but here is something a bit different.
According to the official website it changes colour when mixed with Tonic Water.
Crafted using botanical extracts including aronia berry, saffron, pineapple and sweet potato.
When combined with tonic, the liquid transforms from a deep black shade to a vivid purple-pink hue.

I assume Fever-Tree would be the best mixer, to work best with this?

  Ink gin does the same thing. Has been around for ages, is make in Australia and is actually really good.
