      I wouldn't be spending this money with them if it weren't for the discount, so they're making more out of me than they would without this.

        It’s not uncommon to use us to share their experience with ShopBack or TopCashback. It was more of a buyer beware. Raising claims through TopCashback is a terrible process.

    Last one with BWS I did hasn't tracked. I have made a claim. Is there a trick. I didn't use Bws app. Thought I did everything ok. I wouldn't have purchased without the discount. Is there a way to tell if it tracked so I can cancel if it hasn't.

      I usually do not pick up until it tracks.

      If it does not track, I will cancel the order and replace again if the cashback is still upsized.

          My BWS order today tracked in 9 mins. Done on a Windows PC using Firefox browser.

    Thank you for posting this great deal.

    My CB was tracked within minutes. However, today BWS unexpectedly refunded a part of the order as the local store found that there was no stock of one of the products. Do you know if my CB would be paid? Should I cancel the entire order instead? Thanks

      Can't see how it would matter assuming whole order wasn't cancelled and original receipt is the same number. CB would just be less. If however they cancelled the whole order and recreated less one item, then that would be an issue.

        Thanks. In that case, I'll pickup the items that haven't been cancelled. I didn't see anything in T&C about declining CB for partially refunded orders

    Mine hasnt tracked yet. Put in a claim. Do you have to collect the same day as order to get the cashback? I fear i may have stuffed up.

      No, you can collect anytime. If worried, you can just cancel the order but submitting a claim with TCB should be fine as you have the receipt and TCB BWS click history.
