What if I am not a member, have never played or gone to Timezone and live in a city where there is no Timezone?

I have never seen a Timezone with a bowling alley. This must be pretty specific to location.
Zone bowling and time zone are owed by same company

Only one person is allowed to be in the lane. Cheap commercial tactics - just to pull customers using it as a bait ..
