I recently bought my usual favourite Vittoria Freeze Dried Latte from Coles but noticed it tasted a little off. I then noticed on the jar a stuck-on white label that said made in Vietnam. Coles page says it's still made in Germany though. It's definitely inferior-tasting and am probably going to take it back to Coles to get a refund.

I guess you've never tried Vietnamese coffee or been to VN? VN is the second-largest producer of Robusta coffee in the world; I don't think any other country would make a better instant coffee.

I have been to Vietnam and have had many Vietnamese coffees in Vietnam and in Australia, I never mentioned quality.
