Was just about to cancel my NAB CC when I saw this offer pop up, so will probably keep it a little while longer to stack with Free Burger with $20+ Spend if Your AFL/NRL Team Wins.

  Send them a message in app. It happened to me few months back as well - nearly a month with no cashback. They said their cashback was down during that time so they needed to do manually. Got it a week later.

Anyone got their cashback yet for this promo? Usually comes through exactly a week later (which would have been yesterday), but don’t see anything yet.
