  • Got $10 cashback on $100 spend.

    • Ditto.

      • Same, first time I got this instead of 5 off 50 too

    • That's better if you've got the debit card - withdraw cash out to get to $100 target and get $10 instead of $5

    • I got ripped off….. $5 cashback on $100….

  • (Up) Down Down

  • I got $10 off for $200 shopping. A little steep

    • You don't have to actually buy $200 of goods - cash out on a debit card counts too

      • Really. Nice

        • Yep, every month I cash out an extra $50 on a shop. Either end up spending the cash elsewhere or redepositing back into the same account.. they haven't stopped the $5 yet

  • $30 off $200 spend, time to get some cash!

  • Thanks for the cash out tip. Got 15 off 150, do 80% of the shopping at Aldi these days, no way I’m spending 150 at Cole’s. Grubs

    • Get cash out. Spend it at Aldi.

      • Do you need to buy anything to get cashout

        • According to Coles Store policy - yes (most staff will advise you of that).

Technically, no. So if you get a super nice staff member on the day they can do cash out without asking you to purchase anything.

  • $10 for $200 so unfair

  • only 5 for 100 spend.

guess i shop at coles too often.

barely use my cba card there dunno how they know.

  • only 5 for 100 spend

    Offer depends your spend level

  • how does one cash out at Coles? i've got a 5 for 50 spend.

    • For self checkout, select card as the payment method, then insert your card into the eftpos machine, select eftpos SAV or CHQ, enter the cashout amount then your PIN.
For a staffed checkout, it's the same except you tell the cashier the amount instead of entering it yourself.

      • Are they wise to it?

I just made a purchase and $100 cash out and it came up in my Commbank app as $x purchase and $100 cash out.

Makes me think this won't trigger the cashback.

    • Must be a debit card, not possible with credit card.

At a staffed counter or service desk, it may be possible to get cash out without having to purchase anything. But it depends on the manager's policy and the staff member you're dealing with.

  • Got $5 for 50 again

  • Nothing this month or last month. Last time was $20 back on $100 spend which was pretty good.

  • Got $30/$200, pretty good.

  • thanks
