How do I remove this roller for replacement. It looks like it's clipped in. The rivet seems to be for the screen door frame.

Just wedge it out with a screwdriver. It's just held in by friction tabs plus the weight of the door.
You'll probably destroy it in the removal process but so what it's already faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarked.
