If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you received, you can exchange or return your order to us within 14 days after you received your order.
We highly suggest you check NKS Australia size measurement chart before you purchase (all product size charts is located in product photos last image, please measure your existing similar clothing and match with NKS Australia size measurement chart, NOT your body).
The returned merchandise must be unworn, tags still attached and in their original packaging. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If an item is defective, you will also be entitled to a full refund upon proof of fault.

Possibly these would sell better if the product descriptions were proof read by someone with a better grasp of English sentence structure and grammar. The current poor phrasing makes it seem like a scam site.
Definitely could make a few extra thousand if they chucked $200 at a local Aussie to spend 20 minutes going through everything and making proofreading recommendations.

We don’t do a lot of retail promotion because our main business is wholesale clothing. We also admit that the English on our website may not sound very polished or high-standard, but we hope you find the descriptions simple, genuine, and easy to understand. We prefer to focus more on the actual quality and value of our products rather than fancy marketing language.
