I just placed an order with a site called "Petal & Shine" after seeing a post on the deals page for 30% off sitewide and free shipping. However, the mods have already removed the deal, and now I’m starting to think the site might be untrustworthy. Clearly, my username "pennywiser" failed me today.
A few red flags I noticed after digging a bit deeper:
There’s no physical address listed anywhere on their website.
The invoice they sent doesn't include an ABN.
Their "About Us" page claims they are operated by "Create Kings Pty Ltd", but I couldn't find an exact match for that business on the ABN Lookup tool.

(Note: Checking their URL on Google’s Safe Browsing Transparency Report says "No unsafe content found", but it still feels off).
Luckily, I used a single-use Revolut disposable card to buy it, but I’m still worried about losing the money I actually paid.
Has anyone else actually placed an order with this company before? Are they legit?
What should my next steps be? Any advice on what to do from here would be massively appreciated. Thanks!
