Not a bad deal but their donuts are all frozen not fresh, with the cheapest ingredients physically possible (used to work there)

It's free today so that's the right price for me.
They seem to have deleted my previous account which I created for the free sign up donut last year (and never subsequently purchased anything).
So I had to create a new account for today, which also gave me another sign up freebie :)

Signed up 2 days ago - free donut reward appears in the account, but account barcode doesn't scan at the store (indooroopilly). Store showed me a head office group chat that shows a lot of stores having the same problem.

Bit late but…
Presented member barcode. Staff (Carindale) - said to use app to order online.
Click Order, select store, click Reward, select the free offer, & place order. Worked at 2 stores..
Staff member was very helpful.- 0

Unlike last year's free donut, today's OG version is so disappointing.
It is cold and it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Not sure what went wrong since last year.

Went in to my local store only to be presented with a handwritten note saying 'will be available in 60 minutes'.
It was a static note - and the 60 minutes stayed as-is (of course). I saw they were baking the other donuts but not the Original Glazed (Hmm Hmm?)
Waited 30 minutes, and then decided to move on.Fail!
