I have this unit in my study, which is the size of a standard sized bedroom. It's a capable little unit, likely to meet the needs of most people. Yes, it has wood veneer speakers, so it may not appeal to those who prefer the more modern plastic looking ones. Good price. I paid $505 some time back and JB are still charging $599.

Not listed on the PB-Tech site.This also has DAB+ radio which is available in all 8 capital cities + Gold Coast and Launceston. It also has a RRP of $729.00 on the Panasonic AU website. So this is a good price. As mentioned. No wired or WiFi networking on this so media must be played from external USB storage, CD, Bluetooth, external device via AUX or optical inputs.

Ive had mine for 6 months and freaking love it. Good sound, and loud enough for my apartment without being a nuisance. I used a longer, better quality speaker wire cause the one supplied is quite short.
