That Inno3D low-profile version specifically will probably run:
hotter,
noisier,
and more power constrainedthan a normal full-size 5060 because of the tiny cooler.

I have an itx secondary computer with a 4060 in it. With dlss it does a pretty good job of 4k med-high (not ultra) in a lot of games tbh.
Framegen usually isn't on, it's usually just dlss/fsr that makes the huge difference.
The last game it struggled with was mh wilds and I don't blame the GPU for that.
Just saying you would probably be surprised.

Used to play almost any game I wanted on the 760. I assume the 5060 is powerful enough for most things now as it’s many generations ahead? This is a great price

Very efficient in term of power but unless you're aiming for a tiny pc build, with this budget you have better options (amd rx 9060 xt 16gb and 5060ti 16gb would be the best option for the long run).

You have the option of a 9060xt but probably not for an itx build like you said. Also uses more power, no dlss in games that only support it instead of fsr. It makes more sense in a non itx build.
The 5060ti 8gb is the same price at 500-550, but the 5060ti 16 is like 250 more at the 700-800 dollar range.

5-6 times faster than a 760 which would get you performance somewhere between a ps5 and ps5 pro.
