    Correct, folks bought premium version of dishwashing tablets.

    First delivery ended up in a different state. Follow up, get the run around, all the effort was on them to chase for re-delivery.

    Finally delivered and they were the cheapest variant of the same brand. Follow up, get the run around, post proof, then ignored with every other communication.

      This one is sold by Dyson on Kogan Marketplace as stated above, with the Kogan 10% discount slapped on. So shipping (and after sale service) would be handled by Dyson which I never had issue with.

  Biggest annoyance is the tapered floor head that makes vacuuming edges head on a pain.
