  • Before we had hair dryers that looked like earbuds. Now we have ear buds that look like door handles.

I may need to go to specsavers.

    • So true, now that I've seen it I can't unsee it, lol.

  • I was going to buy these but I am now considering waiting for the next generation of buds because of the release of the Liberty 5 pros recently, I'm especially excited that they added 3 way multipoint to them and am wondering if this will be the standard from now.

    • I'm especially excited that they added 3 way multipoint to them and am wondering if this will be the standard from now.

Given Galaxy Buds don't even have true multipoint / have multipoint restricted within the Samsung ecosystem, I wouldn't hold my breath.

So far it's only Technics AZ100 and Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro/Pro Max. So not sure it's going to be standard from now.

      • Yeah no, I know the Galaxy buds only have multipoint for Samsung devices, I meant 3 way multipoint may become the standard for non-Galaxy/Apple buds in the $200 - $300 range, Liberty 5 pros are $270 and are the cheapest 3 way multipoint buds right now.
I'm mostly in the Samsung ecosystem so I just need to connect my Windows desktop to Samsung multipoint for which apparently there is a workaround

  • I logged into my EPP account, not seeing a 25% discount.

    • Listed price for me was $299.25 in the Samsung Shop app while logged in to my EPP account. Just checked now and it is still showing the same price.

I was able to stack 5% off for first app purchase, then used the $50 off voucher too, as there is a 40% off Buds cases discount when you purchase at the same time as the Buds - the case helped to bring me over the $300 minimum for the voucher.

      • Ok got it now. I log into the store via the gov portal, which is a different website than samsung.com shop portal. So logged into samsung.com and I can see it now. Next problem is the A33 cover is out of stock, and I can't anything to add that's under $10.

  • I will sing scam

    • Close enough - welcome back Marshmellow

      • Do u search for me under every scamsung post?

  • Solid price. These are pretty damn good headphones imo.

    • Compared to what

      • Peking duck

      • Over the years… Some Jabras, Sennheiser, Beyerdynamics, Apple, Koss, Audio Technica. Mostly closed back over ears but a decent number of portable in ear. I haven't compared with other "flagship" IEMs like the latest Air Pod Pros but honestly from owning a bunch of headphones for 25+ years the sound quality is pretty good, noise cancelling is decent, call quality very good, battery life pretty standard. What more do you want for this price?

        • Fair call - just wanted to know what you were comparing to as its all relative!

        • +1 for call quality being exceptional, given it doesn't have a dedicated stalk mic

  • I thought these were Samsung door handles.

  • Solid price.

  • Anyone has an unused $50 EOFY voucher they are willing to share in DM?
    Thanks in advance :)

    • I do actually.

      • Thanks @Arclightning :)
Decided to park this for now.
        Much appreciated though!

    • Ill take a code if anyone has a spare:)

    • If anyone else has a spare code would be much appreciated too :)

  • Thanks for the post - been waiting for a deal on these.

Rather than a case i wouldn't use, I ordered a USB C to C cable for a few dollars more.

  • Thanks for the post! Bought 1. Can also access this deal via NAB goodie link!

  • Oh fffffff, I just brought this exact one with the cashback yesterday at the good guys for $70 more

  • If you have larger ears/head/whatever, these are such an improvement over the Buds3 Pro. Only issue is to click to play or next track, with large fingers, pretty much requires you to semi remove it from your ear.

    • I thought my fingers were girthy…

  • Keep getting this payment error on Westpac EPP, anyone have seen this or have any idea? Didn't even go to OTP page and I called Westpac, they said nothing came through (so likely Samsung hasn't even tried to contact Westpac for payment):
There has been an error in processing your payment and we couldn't complete your transaction. Please verify your details, contact your payment provider, or try an alternative payment method.

  • Birthday code + EOFY Code
