Yes that's right. Once you buy the Tech Swap card it will appear in your ShopBack app under Account > Gift Cards. Like you said, you can then swap it over to an eBay gift card, or any of the other available stores. You don't have to swap the full amount over to eBay either as you can mix and match with any of the other available stores as well if you want.

Threw the dice but only got an extra 10c with the stack. Still equates to a total of 5.5% off which isn't that bad.
