  • How much for a 50kwh system, please 🙏

    • We generally contact customers within 1–4 business days.

      • -3 days. So is that last Friday?

    • For single phase, CQ7 -W 49kWh would be $10900. For three phase, it would be $11300.

      • To be noticed: 49kW requires a bit longer waiting time for installation. So if you’re looking for this size, please contact us 1 month in advance.

  • We also have some small battery on sale, would post them Wednes after limitation.

  • I don't know about the Vic market, but I'm assuming these folks are legitimate credible and do a good job.

What baffles me is why some states have very appealing deals like this, but all that is available in some other states (like SA) appears to be bollocks from punjabi call centre casual hirings that have absolutely no idea about batteries or installation or requirements, but will harrass and buzz like blowflies trying to get money paid down on ridiculous contract terms.
(I'm not prejudiced about race, but every…every contact I had a few months ago was with an indian with a non indian name that only had a call centre role, had little knowledge, but tried to trick and mislead. I won't list the related entities…. who knows…maybe they have already disappeared)

    • Our installation history and previous customer feedback can be found on OzBargain :)

Most of our installations have gone smoothly. The main delays or issues we have seen are usually related to the post-installation inspection, which is conducted by the third-party inspector and is not fully within our control.

That said, we will continue to follow up where we can and keep focusing on providing good service, clear communication and quality installations.

    • Yes, they are great. I just had my 28kWh CQ7W and 10Kw inverter installed SUNDAY. The setup seems clean and very professional. Just had the last bits sorted out this morning and now waiting for certification. No issues so far.

      • Again, these guys are great.
Sure being completely screwed by Victorian Power Savers, this mob has been true to their word and gave me a great deal on the CQ7-w with 10kw inverter.
Quoted Tuesday, site inspected Thursday, deposit paid and installed Sunday (finished Monday). Had system inspected today (4 days later) and system now running. Inspector said it was a very tidy and careful installation. One of the best he's seen.

So, after a terrible experience with the other group, I'm very happy with the cost and installation through PA Power.

        • I am very happy with my home battery installation by PA Power.

From the start, Junyi was great to deal with. He always replied promptly to my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

PA Power arranged the installation very quickly. Will and his team did an excellent job — they were friendly, professional. I was particularly impressed with how neatly they managed the cabling, running it through the roof and inside the walls wherever possible, which gave the installation a very clean finish.

The inspector came within a few days and approved the installation today.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

    • Can anyone recommend any installers in SA?

  • Anything for NSW/Sydney?

    • Sadly not this deal. We are looking for a new warehouse and office in NSW.

  • Can you clarify if the second stage deposit is 60% minus the initial $1000, or 60% in addition to the initial $1000. Thanks

    • 60% percent of the total payment. For example, if $10,000 in total: $1000 as deposit, $6000 as second, $3000 remaining.

      • $1000 as deposit, $6000 as second

That is 70% of the total payment.

  • I like that you:
    - price 10kW inverter (esp. for single phase)
    - provide comprehensive pricing info for add ons
    - good info in Q&A
    I don't like that you:
    - have such a high payment requirement before installation day. 60% + $1000 is quite over-the-top

  • do you install solar panels too?

    • Yes we do. Start from 6.6kW.

      • how much a 15kw solar costs if installing together with the battery, we can get solar vic rebates

        • It should cost around 16k-17k for 15kW solar plus 42kW battery after solar vic 1.4K rebate

  • So, after the commonwealth and state (VIC) rebate, how much one needs to pay upfront ?

    • $1000 for deposit.
The price list is already after commonwealth rebate. Currently vic gov are not providing rebate for batteries.

  • I signed for the previous deal you posted but was never contacted. Negative experience

    • I’m really sorry to hear that. I confirmed with the team that all enquiries from the previous deal had been contacted before I posted this one.

Could you please send me a direct message with your enquiry details? Also, please check your spam/junk inbox in case our email went there.

I’ll follow this up for you.

      • Same here. Will dm you.

        • @pogiguy also has the same experience.

  • Can you also do this with a 15kw three phase inverter?

    • Yes we can, please fill the form to request. Both 15kW smart inverter and pro inverter is order on demand.

  • Would you install in Mornington Peninsula? (Rye)

    • Yes we do offer service in Mornington peninsula

  • Buyer beware with this company. My parents signed a proposal on the 20th May for installation before the 10th June.

They were told not to pay the deposit immediately and wait to be contacted be the installer coming from Canberra.

Over the next couple weeks they tried and failed to contact the guy who did the proposal.

Contacted PA Power today after getting involved only to find out the guy who did the proposal resigned. No detail was passed onto PA Power. When asked whether they would honour the signed proposal they refused. Said they had too many customers and didn't care about missing out on one. If we paid the deposit today he would just refund it. Asked to speak to someone else or a manager he said he was the only one there and he spoke for the company. I said there must be someone else, and he just kept saying 'ok you find them'.

He just kept going back to the fact that my parents had not paid the deposit. Again because they were told not to, though the bank details provided were for the guy's company (Ping an Electric) so I'm not sure how they would have got the deposit if they also hadn't got the proposal. No follow up on what was being worked on after the employee resigned. Just told they don't care because he doesn't work for them anymore.

Even if they had paid the deposit on day 1 and having only found out about the proposal now he said they still would have cancelled it.

He kept asking me to hang up and would just say 'I said Bye' but then would stay on the phone. Very hostile conversation. Extremely poor customer experience.

So just be aware with what you're dealing with.

    • Hi mate, thank you for sharing this and I’m sorry to hear your parents had a frustrating experience.

Just to clarify our process: the promotional price and installation spot are only secured once the proposal is signed and the deposit has been received. Submitting an enquiry or receiving a proposal alone does not lock the installation date or price, as we have clearly stated in the post. We state it clearly on every post . In the meantime, we don't have anyone work in Canberra.

That being said, I understand your concern regarding the communication and the fact that the person who handled the proposal has since left. Please send us the signed proposal and any messages where your parents were told not to pay the deposit.

      • Where can I send it? I sent it to admin@papower.com.au today. They've just been given the run around. This is the 2nd solar provider who has reneged on the deal after signing them up because it was too inconvenient.

They signed and accepted the proposal and were told to wait until the installer called from Canberra to pay the deposit. I'm not sure why they were told this. Though I'm assuming they would now be short their deposit if they had paid it.

He told them verbally not to pay. I spoke to him on the phone, and he also went and inspected a neighbour as a referral from my parents to make the deal better. We have phone records on where they have tried to contact him since with no reply.

I am just appalled that the person I spoke to today ('Frank') was so rude and unsympathetic to the ordeal they have been put through and only cared about their own potential inconvenience and put it in the too hard basket.

  • Do you install in Bendigo Victoria?

    • Yes we do. Through the travel fee would be much higher.

      • Could you give an estimate on the travel fee?

  • Just my thoughts. Not with this guy.

    Good luck.

  • Do you service Geelong? If additional cost, what would that be (Lara)?

    • Yes. Around $600 travel for Lara.

  • Does this have the same June 10th cutoff date?

    • This one is still ongoing

  • Can you let me know which inverter is in the Fox.CQ7-W 42.10.3S please.

    • 10 refers to 10kWh, 3S refere to H3 Smart, so H3 Smart 10kWh
