Had my eye on these for a little while waiting for the price to come back down.
User reports indicate that the lock doesn't play nicely with other Zigbee coordinators but works fine when used with the included M100 Hub.

M100 is even better as it does thread too. Works great with HA and I have some ikea temp sensors going through the M100 thread to HA.

Is this possible to install Ina rebated door? Is there a rate kit compatible with this?

I replaced a rebated deadbolt with this and works fine.
You do need a rebate door kit - bunnings sell them eg Item # 4080086

I bought a rebate kit from Bunnings (special order) so I could install the U400 on my rebated door. The lock didn't fit the kit 100% so I had to use a rotary tool on the rebate kit to hollow it out a bit more until it fit. I was installing it as an additional lock in lieu of replacing the existing mortise lock though (it was the simplest way to make my door smart) so it also involved chiselling the rebated part of the door to install the lock and rebate kit.
If you already have a deadbolt on your rebated door, you should have a much easier time, but it would also be dependent on whether your existing door hardware fits with this lock.

Previously the U100 came with the E1 hub. Works flawlessly with HA via Matter. I'm presuming M100 is the same, but not sure.
