In the process of returning my x20+ for a warranty repair. Keeps saying something caught in the side brush and it isn't, and as a result won't operate. Common fault apparently.
Customer service has been good so far. Finding a suitable box + bubblewrap + padding to send it back via aus post is proving to be difficult. Am I the only person that throws away original packaging for all my electronic items? Xiaomi warranty team were shocked I did!
