There's an attempt to break the guiness world record for the largest EV powered bbq experience in Central Coast NSW and hoping to have 400 attendees. This is a cooking lesson with vegetarian food. More info can be found on the main website and there are 81 spots remaining.

The options will be to make an Aussie Vegie Burger or Charred Garlic Flatbread (ingredients below) and there will be a complimentary sausage sizzle that they will make afterwards. I've captured the full price list below and ingredients for the recipes.

  • YUK!! Vego food

    • If a product is not for you then don't buy it. No one is forcing you to eat a vegetable or lead a healthier lifestyle.

If you want; go get a cheese burger, sit in your ICE vehicle revving the engine and laugh. Then people can look and point at an (word that means not intelligent) person.

ALSO: this is raising money for OZ Harvest, which feeds thousands of Aussies.

  • How are you getting those prices? Ticket for sydneysider is $60 - with code is $30.

Also, I dont see why someone not living in central coast should pay twice as much as someone who is!

    • Sorry I ran the table through ai so it calculated the first three by half twice

    • Locals' rate proudly supported by Zestiny Farm, in celebration of the Central Coast Harvest Festival.

Local farm subsiding locals as part of a locals focused festival makes sense to me

  • its not a bbq if there is no meat!

    • yeah the information is a bit hard to find but you get a sausage sizzle after the guinness attempt

      • i think it makes sense… if this event is to promote EV and sustainability then the attempt to break guinness record shouldnt be using meat (especially red) which has impact on the climate…

at least the sausag sizzle will be in a more controlled number instead of trying to break the record

  • the guiness world record for the largest EV powered bbq experience

Could there be a more pointless record?

  • 🤔 we could do one of these with actual snags in November when the weather's better aye?
