Just got an email.
As like posted before by ValueInvesting.

Complete by 11:59pm AEDT, 30 June, or when all 10,000 rewards have been rewarded, whichever is earlier.

Going to assume it's targeted again but it's my first day and I don't see where to mark targeted.

From the Ts and Cs.

“Eligible Purchase”: Any PayPal purchase made in AUD including in full or using PayPal Pay in 4 at a PayPal merchant in good standing that has a valid merchant account before 12:00AM 1 June 2026. The Reward will be automatically applied to an eligible PayPal pay in full transaction or Pay in 4 instalment, whichever occurs first. Eligible Purchases exclude: (1) send/request money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) PayPal transaction fees, (4) Withdrawal to bank, or (5) transactions made in any other currency that are not AUD (Australian dollars)

Last time I was able to buy Woolies gift card on everyday gifting and qualify.

    You gotta "apply" for it - I was rejected last time with no reason given.
    It could be that I applied after the all the redemptions were made, but meh.

      You have to click on enrol if you got the email. No additional details were asked afterwards and it seemed to auto enrol. Hope it works…

    Didn’t get the offer this time, but tips:

    1. You can use it to buy discounted gc on WWS gift card portal or TCB gift card portal, or pay your utility bill like Sydney Water.

    2. You will likely not get the $20 credit after four weeks waiting like me and my partner, then you will have to spend 30-60 minutes over the PayPal chat to explain and get transferred between few agents and eventually one agent gets it credited to you as ‘GOODWILL’

      Man the amount of 'goodwill' credits I've gotten over the years when it's literally complying with consumer law or a promotion terms… Chat agents scripts suck

      You need to wait up to 90 business days, hopefully faster for gift cards that could not be cancelled.

      The $20 will be auto delivered into a valid PayPal account as PayPal account between 15 to 90 business days from the date the PayPal Pay in 4 transaction was initiated, if the Eligible Transaction has not been reversed, cancelled or refunded. To see your reward, log in to your PayPal account on web browser and click Wallet > Offers. You can also see your rewards via the PayPal App by clicking Account Menu > Rewards.

      I logged into the Paypal app. Then in the notifications (bell icon) it will show the offer. You can click through that and it will show "success" when you've enrolled.

Pay in 4 is subject to eligibility and suitability assessment and only successful Pay in 4 transactions will qualify.

    looks like Pay in 4 is not a must to be eligible for the cashback?
