  • Basic plan only.
  • Choose a country with NO GST/VAT/Tax e.g. Christmas Island. GST is ineligible for cashback.

    I dont want to create new email address every few years. If I change my email address for nordvpn from abc.xyz@gmail.com to a.bcxyz@gmail.com ( dot hack for gmail). Will NordVPN consider me as a new user?

    I bought the basic 2yr (24mth + 3mth) VPN plan yesterday. I paid A$113.13 and got an email saying $108.05 was tracked from Shopback. BUT it says $0 tracked in the Shopback app, has anyone else had this? Does the $0 magically change to the correct amount eventually or should I get a refund? Thanks

    I haven’t used ShopBack for a long time, why is it 100% cashback when you get only ~108 back (~95%).

    I also had the $108 tracked after paying $113. Today I noticed that Shopback has rejected the cashback :(
    Going to cancel and buy with topcashback currently 98%.

    Hi OP instructions say to get a refund if cashback doesn’t track. But its been 3 weeks since I asked shopback to track it and there has been no response!

      Yeah if it doesn't track then you need to seek refund from Nord VPN under the 30 day refund policy and try again with a different email. Most likely a claim submitted through Shopback will get rejected by NordVPN.

    My cashback has tracked but still waiting for confirmation. It says I will get confirmation by 20 August. My 30 days is up next week, so just wondering if I should cancel or if this is normal? Ta!

      Normal, it will turn to "Confirmed" when it's actually payable. Most likely it'll be on the 20th of August for you but some stores confirm earlier if you no longer have the ability to refund.
