    How long does it take for everyone's purchase to track? Mine hasn't tracked after 2 hours yet.

    I put an order through at 9am and it never tracked. I do see it appear under "shopping history" as "checking for cashback until 6 Jun 2026". Their app really needs to be simplified, I have no idea where to find anything to the point I just don't bother looking at it lol.

    My order hasn’t tracked either.
    The ShopBack app opened the adidas app on my iPhone. I wonder if that’s the issue

      Mine still hasn't tracked, has yours? I ordered through web browser as usual. My order on Amazon shortly before it tracked fine.

        No mine hasn’t. I’ll have to attempt to submit a missing cashback ticket tomorrow. Although when I tried to do that last week for a BWS missing cash back, I kept getting a failed to submit error message. ShopBack really tests your patience sometimes

          I just submitted my claim. Also used a linked cc for the bank bonus, hopefully one of them comes through at least. This is the first time i've had an issue with Shopback not tracking something, so could be something wrong on Adidas side - their website sucks and often tells me to login even though i'm logged in and looking at my orders.
