Superloop have sent out emails to customers, offering a PriceLock that will freeze current ongoing prices (pre-July 2026 nbn wholesale price increase) for two years. However, you have to pay a once off $25 fee.
That $25 buys you two years of having the price of a plan frozen to the price at the time of you switch to that plan.
This option is available from your Superloop dashboard. Probably the app too, but I don't use that.
Surcharge: 0% with direct debit, 1% with card payment.
